To ensure your new piece of jewelry keeps its luster, please follow these guidelines: Storage: Keep your jewelry tucked away in its home—the provided jewelry box—when you’re not rocking it. This helps prevent tarnishing. Anti-Tarnish Paper: Your jewelry box includes anti-tarnish paper. Please keep this paper inside the box with your jewelry. If you’ve already tossed it because it looked like a piece of trash, you can find them online or at jewelry stores. For best results, replace the anti-tarnish paper every six-ish months. Avoid Chemicals: To maintain your jewelry's finish, avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, makeup, hairspray, or other chemical-based products like sulfuric acid. It’s recommended you apply these products first and allow them to dry before wearing your jewelry. Except sulfuric acid. Please never apply sulfuric acid. Activities: Remove jewelry before sleeping, exercising, crab walk competitions, or any tasks where it might be subjected to force or abrasion. Water Exposure: Avoid bathing or swimming while wearing your jewelry, as chlorine, saltwater, and prolonged moisture is the arch nemesis of metals.
