Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Shipping timelines may vary based on destination and carrier service.

 


 

Domestic & International Shipping

We ship across Canada and internationally.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

 


 

Responsibility for Loss or Damage

Circle Craft is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping, including:

  • Delivery of your original order

  • Any returns shipped back to us

We do not offer replacements or refunds for orders damaged in transit. 

 


 

Shipping Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order.

Circle Craft is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to a delivery issue (e.g., incorrect address or missed delivery), the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.
