Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for supporting B.C. artists through the Circle Craft online store. As a co-operative of independent makers, we take great care in processing each order. Please read the following policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange.
Exchange / Store Credit Only
We do not offer refunds. Items may be returned for exchange or store credit only, under the following conditions:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of arrival with original or gift receipt.

All items must be returned in original condition, unused/unworn, with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.

Textiles must be unworn/unused with original tags attached.

The following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Items purchased through POP-UP events

Custom or made-to-order items

How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at store@circlecraft.net with your order number and reason for return. Returns must be approved prior to sending.
Once approved, returns can be mailed to:

Please ensure all items are securely packaged.
Customers are responsible for any damage incurred during return shipping. Items returned damaged due to improper packaging or handling will not be eligible for store credit or exchange.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Circle Craft is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Incorrect Orders Only
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at manager@circlecraft.net within 5 business days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item received. We will work with you to correct the error.
Please note:
Circle Craft is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping, whether during the original delivery or return.
We do not offer replacements, exchanges, or store credit for items damaged in transit.
Store Credit Processing
Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with your credit details.
If more than 10 business days have passed since your return was delivered to us and you have not received your credit, please contact us at manager@circlecraft.net.
