Orders & Payments

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so if you need to make a change, email us at store@circlecraft.net right away. We’ll do our best, but changes are not guaranteed once the order is in progress.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship across Canada and internationally. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

What if my package is lost or damaged during

We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping. We recommend double-checking your shipping address before placing an order.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us immediately if you made a mistake. If your package is returned to us, you’ll be responsible for paying to have it resent. Circle Craft is not responsible for delayed or lost deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you offer refunds?

No. We offer exchange or store credit only on eligible items returned within 30 days of delivery.

How do I start a return?

Email admin@circlecraft.net with your order number and reason for return. Returns must be approved before being sent back to us.

Which items are final sale and cannot be returned?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Body care products
• Sale or discounted items

Be sure to package your return securely. Customers are responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Circle Craft is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

What if I receive the wrong item?

If your order is incorrect, contact store@circlecraft.net within 5 business days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the incorrect item. We’ll work with you to correct the issue.
