Ceramics from Vancouver

I am a lifetime Vancouver-dweller who began with clay in 2022 by taking a beginner class for fun, which has extended into a drawn out pursuit of the perfect mug. I enjoy the process of shaping a boring blob of mud into a fun three-dimensional object that I dreamed up, and that will last for 1000 years (provided nobody drops it). I make small batch designs and one-offs as the mood strikes, enjoying the quiet analogue time in the studio where goopy hands deter phones and screens. Outside of clay I have worked with digital media in various capacities since 2008. I've been selling my creations in a community clay studio, at craft fairs, and online.
