Meditation rings are wonderful tools for calming an anxious mind.  Also known as fiddle, fidget or spinner rings, these rings have links to ancient cultures including the Tibetan prayer wheel.  

Spin the moveable bands as a reminder to stay present, or set an intention while spinning them and return to this intention in times of stress.

This meditation ring features a classic hammer texture in sterling silver and two hammer textured gold filled rings that spin freely around the band.

Elegant and comfortable, with all hand made components.

Handcrafted with love and positive intention in our little Sunshine Coast studio in Sechelt, BC.
