About the artist

Estelle Liebenberg Fritz is a North Vancouver-based ceramic artist and founder of Nomad Soul. Originally from South Africa, Estelle combines decades of artistic exploration with a deep passion for fire-based transformation. Her handmade ceramics reflect both storytelling and spontaneity—each piece shaped by hand and flame. With a background in film, journalism, and political science, she brings narrative depth and expressive energy to functional pottery and sculptural work rooted in her global journey.
