How to set up your online shop:

Would you like to sell your products on the Circle Craft online shop? Follow the steps below to get started. 

 

1. Create your online account

- Go to https://circlecraft.net/login
- Click on "Join Now" to create you account

2. Create your online store profile

- Once logged in, click on "Profile" > "My Account"
- Fill in all necessary fields
- Upload images and banners as instructed

3. Add products to your online shop

- Once logged in, click on "Products" > "Products Listing"
- Click on "Add Product"
- Fill in all necessary fields
- Upload photos

How to accept and fulfill orders

- When an order is placed, you will be notified by email
- Login to your account 
- Click on "Orders" > "Orders Listing" 
- Click on the 3 blue dots on the right hand side under "Action" and click "View"
- Click on "Accept Order" to accept the order as well as put in the estimated ship date
- Click on "Proceed to Fulfill" when your order has been shipped.

Commission
You will be reimbursed for 75% of the product price, plus all shipping costs indicated in your settings, plus applicable tax for this net amount.  This will be paid on the 15th of each month as part of your in-store sales process.

Shipping
You will be able to set your shipping when you upload your products. Each product can set its own shipping cost for three destinations: Canada, US and International. You can opt out of all but Canada shipping. You will only be reimbursed the amount you’ve set, so please be accurate in your estimation.
Please ship your item within 5 business days of the order being placed.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Each artist is responsible for their own policies regarding refunds, exchanges, and returns. Individual policies will vary from vendor to vendor. You will be able to set this within your profile when setting up your shop.

Uploaded Photos
As demonstrated in the video, it is important you upload photos sized within the guidelines suggested. Working within the guidelines will help your shop look great and your products shine.

Grace Lee

Time: 10am – 6pm

Join us at Circle Craft for a special pop-up with Vancouver ceramic artist Grace Lee of eikcam ceramics.

Blending function with a sense of naturalness and whimsy, Grace creates thoughtfully designed ceramics for the home. Her work reflects a background in both ceramics and industrial design, bringing together an eye for form, function, and everyday beauty.

After studying ceramics and Industrial Design at Emily Carr University of Art + Design, Grace worked in visual styling, art direction, and product design before returning to her love of working with clay. Since 2007, she has developed eikcam ceramics from her East Vancouver studio, creating tableware and home collections alongside custom pieces for restaurants, boutiques, galleries, and interior designers.
