A new exhibition is presented each month in the Circle Craft Gallery from February to November and the programme is booked a year in advance.
Shows are invitational to members and non-members, and the Gallery Committee welcomes requests from any craftsperson who feels ready to mount a show. Click here on how to apply for a gallery show.

FEBRUARY
February 3 - February 28, 2006 "RE-KINDLE: TO IGNITE ANEW" SANDRA BILAWICH RE-KINDLE draws from material and images found in our daily life, igniting a new character into physical expression. It suggests the elements that stir fire within our lives; whether it’s finding or reclaiming a passionate life.
MARCH
March 3 - April 4, 2006 IAN MARSH Bring on the Night Born in England and raised in Canada, Ian has been building things since as long as he can remember. Using cardboard, he expands on his colour illustrations creating full size mock-ups. Complete fabrication, electrical testing and finally installation are all carefully planned.
MAY
May 5 - May 30, 2006 FRIEDERIKE RAHN The Fruits of Her Labour Friederike Rahn makes utilitarian tableware with strong decorative elements. She works with both terra cotta and white earthenware clay bodies, with multiple layers of slips, terra sigillata, underglazes and coloured glazes.
JUNE
June 2 - July 4, 2006 KATHERINE SOUCIE Shaped Notes This new series of work explores traditional and contemporary printing methods through the inspiration of music and fashion. Katherine Soucie is a 2006 BC Creative Achievement Award Recipient.
JULY
July 7 - August 1, 2006 A. SANDY DOUGAL “Burls – the Mystique of the Forest” "Burls are the medium which I have chosen to use. Because of their very nature of imperfection, they become a creation of character and beauty. Any blemishes to be found are those of my own doing."
AUGUST
August 4 - September 5, 2006 LISA SAMPHIRE Pattern in Light These pieces are inspired by my passion of colour and pattern. The murrine rollup process is a rewarding marriage of right brain/left brain thinking. The pieces are influenced from repeated patterns found in Middle Eastern textiles, butterfly wings & the paintings and buildings by Hundertwasser.
SEPTEMBER
September 8 - October 3. 2006 SUZANNE NAIRNE Convolutions/Digressions Jewellery and small objects incorporating internal space through folding, hollow forming and classic construction techniques are the focus of "Convolutions". Suggested in these pieces are contemporary themes of secrecy, duality and privacy.
OCTOBER
October 6 - October 31, 2006 CHRISTMAS MARKET PREVIEW This exhibition will highlight a selection of exhibitor's work that will be part of the Annual Christmas Craft Market taking place November 8 - 12, 2006 under the sails and the Vancouver Convention and Exhibition Centre. NOVEMBER
November 3 - December 5, 2006 NANCY WALKER Time Flies Cityscapes crown the rims of earth coloured bowls; whimsical figures circumscribe the sides. Floating above; birds, planes, bugs, radio waves, and street-junk fly high-wire from every chimney like wild bouquets.
